Could you tell more about the 1cent Ohio prepaid sales tax? I just bought a book from the 30s, and as I was reading it an unused stamp fell out, from the Columbian Banknote Company. It’s in mint or very near mint condition, obviously never used. I can’t seem to find any specific information on the 1cent, however.
